The 14th Monheim City Festival will take place from June 13 to 15, 2025. As always, there will be plenty to experience and discover for everyone. Countless attractions and events - even free of charge. Great open-air acts, the Gänseliesellauf (Goose Girl Run), and the flea market. The motto of the city festival is: “Colourful together”. On Sunday, there will be a shopping Sunday again!

Open-Air Concerts and Top Acts at the Monheim City Festival 2025

High-caliber music acts will perform on various open-air stages until late in the evening. Who? That's still a secret.

Gänseliesellauf – the Goose Girl Run: The sporting competition            
The sporting highlight of the City Festival is the annual Goose Girl Run on Friday evening. Competitors can run distances of various lengths: 900 meters or two kilometers for those whose legs are still on the short side, or the five or ten kilometer runs for participants with more stamina. Alternatively, simply watch and cheer on the runners along the route, part of which also runs through the middle of the City Festival area.

Gänseliesel Market: The Flea Market on Saturday

Traditionally, the bustling Gänseliesel Market takes place on the city festival Saturday. Enjoy the special flea market atmosphere in Monheim's old town and on Alte Schulstraße. There's always a treasure or two to be found here.
