Culinary tours in the Old Town
Experience culinary delights!
In cooperation with the City’s department in charge of the old town, the cafes and restaurants have come up with a format that tour guests can really enjoy: The Old Town's Culinary Tours. On three different routes, the participants learn interesting facts about the city and stop at scheduled "culinary stops." Depending on the stop, coffee and cake, snacks, entire lunches, regional specialties, special drinks, sweets or ice-cream are available. Get to know Monheim am Rhein from its tastiest side and book one of the tours – for example, as a team event, a different kind of Christmas party, a family outing or just for a few hours of fun with friends.

Gourmet Wednesday
"Monheim for gourmets" is the motto for Wednesday. Enjoy the picturesque tour of the old part of town with all your senses: interesting facts about the history and way of life in Monheim am Rhein – accompanied by high-quality dishes, artfully presented plates and seasonal treats for the palate. The tastings are included in the price.

Delicacies of the old part of town
Monheim characters invite you to a 3-course meal in their restaurants in the old part of town. With the weekend already in sight, it’s high time to enjoy the tasty delights of the old part of town: regional delicacies, Rhineland treats and brewing specialties. And on top of that, there are stories about the town, worldly wisdom, and tales of carnival. Food is included in the price.
